❖ 潤餅（$35）三捲$100。餅皮是當天現烙的，口感Q彈，高麗菜及豆芽菜川燙後會先瀝乾再包入，所以外帶放一陣子，餅皮也不會變濕軟。蛋酥口感脆口，肉也不是一般的紅燒肉，應該是先將豬肉條醃入味再炒熟，肉質軟嫩不乾柴。不過料包的比較少，所以中間餅皮交接處較厚，吃到那裡會有整口皮的感覺。
❖ 涼麵（$35）小黃瓜絲及紅蘿蔔絲都給很多，麻醬偏甜，有另外附辣油。

還可以用平底鍋小火乾煎或烤箱烤～皮會脆脆的真好吃?！
