★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 位於園區大門口旁邊的科園路上的2樓，一樓騎樓可以稍微停放機車一下，若是汽車，可能要去園區大門前的高架橋下的汽車停車場再走過來了，一般掛號費是$150，若園區識別證可以再減免$50，只要$100就好，醫師主要是腎臟專長，來這裡複檢抽血、驗尿檢驗，若是抽血檢驗，週六8點就可以過來了，平常開門營業是9點而已，檢驗速度也很快，3天就可以再回去看報告了，看報告不用再掛號一次，跟櫃台告知一聲就好，醫生看診也很細心、耐心，很讓人放心，也很親切告知可能要注意的事項等等，該診所還附設洗腎中心，給需要的人使用。
