但小籠包真心好吃 醬料也很棒 自己就可以直接吃掉一籠～

今天吃 覺得包子底部的皮-厚度剛好，
但是上面封口處 太厚了一些。
包子皮 的甜度可以再增加一些。
醬油太鹹了，在醬料上需在加強。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 小籠包現在80一籠，內餡吃起來變成肉末了，不像以前有小肉球的口感，喜歡以前70元的皮餡比例跟口感。
Xiaolongbao is now 80 per basket, and the filling tastes like minced meat. It doesn't have the taste of small meat balls before. I like the ratio and taste of the skin and filling at 70 yuan.
