一開始到櫃檯掛號,在寫基本資料的時候,有人從後面插隊問可不可以掛號護士居然讓他掛號!!!超怒的!我還沒掛欸先讓插隊的人掛號是怎樣???? 但是醫生很溫和,態度很好,所以多給一顆星,不然原本只想給兩顆星的!

已將家人確診資料通報給診所,卻未即時主動上傳資料給疾管署,查看健保快易通,卻遲遲看不到快篩結果的資訊,兩天後主動追問進度,卻回覆已上傳資料須等待時間,直到詢問另一家診所才發現資料並未上傳上去,才請對方幫我們上傳資料,搞得多隔離兩天,打電話過去問視訊問診及拿藥的問題,回答的態度也不耐煩
