自己的缺失要屋主自己買單
雖然負責修繕 但是對於我來說根本沒意義
冷氣預留孔 直接洗破樓上的排水管 導致我這戶漏水
自己前置作業沒確實導致問題 就應該讓消費者買單
事後只負責一年保固
誰敢保證過了一年就不會有問題
一點事後補償機制完全沒有 真的很失敗
才剛交屋幾天就被我發現
要不是我去打開冷氣預留孔被我發現
我想時間長了 到時候問題扯不完
我舉例
今天我把你打到住院 我只要負擔你的醫藥費用
事後我就當沒這回事
連最基本的道歉補償跟談和解的機會完全都沒有
連打個電話致意都沒有 只會透過官方line通知無法補償
這總處事態度 真的非常糟糕
