就是客家人說的牛汶水 味道上可惜薑汁味道太搶蓋掉花生的香氣，麻糬扁扁的口感蠻Q彈
餐具?用的是木製叉子蠻可愛的用起來蠻有儀式感的?? 小小一碗價格上有點小貴

紅豆 豆味有點重吃起來生生的感覺
湯的部分不會太甜 不太吃甜的人應該會蠻喜歡的

Ginger Black Sugar Mochi 50$?????
It’s Niu Wen Shui that the Hakka people say. It’s a pity that the ginger juice tastes too much to cover the aroma of peanuts, and the mochi has a flat texture.
The tableware ? uses a wooden fork, which is very cute and ceremonial to use. A small bowl is a bit expensive.

一碗有四顆燒麻糬，配上不同湯底。內容物簡單，就是大家可以想像的味道。燒麻糬嚼起來夠軟Q，但還可以更入味些:個人偏好再辣一點的薑汁，但薑的香氣很足，吃完就是幸福幸福的。
老闆和老闆娘像隔壁鄰居一樣親切。店內都放老歌，給人相當悠閒的氛圍，走完十八尖山以後可以來小坐一下。

There are four roasted mochi in a bowl with different soup bases. The content is simple, just the taste you can imagine. The roasted mochi is soft enough to chew, but it can be more delicious: I personally prefer ginger juice that is a bit spicier, but the aroma of ginger is very strong, and after eating it, I am happy.
The boss and the proprietress are as kind as the next door neighbors. There are old songs in the store, giving people a very leisurely atmosphere.
