★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 這棟大樓的管理出了很大的問題, 廁所極度髒亂, 反應很多次才有清潔人員來打掃, 過幾天沒反應又繼續髒了, 機車位當初就沒規劃好, 77坪只分到2個機車位, 對同仁上班停車是很大的困擾, 才事後在想解決方案, 現在又取消代訂便當, 郵件要自行領取, 頂樓餐廳也不提供餐點, 管理費真的不曉得繳來幹嘛的, 租約到期不會再續租了

機車車位卻少得可憐
畢竟都拿去用汽車

態度也是愛理不理

不懂這麼高檔的商辦
卻只有這樣的硬軟體備配…
