?肉圓(2顆)45-一直在找清蒸但口感不軟爛的肉圓,雖然皮偏厚,內餡是扎實肉塊,不是最喜歡的口感,但是清蒸又是Q皮的已經很難得了~滿分-10~10分我給4分 ?肉燥飯(大)60-本身不愛飯被淋的濕濕的感覺,但吃一口有驚艷,馬上跟男友說要分一半,味道有點像我媽媽做的勾芡版醬燒肉末,我們家是叫它粉仔,這家肉燥飯似乎好像沒勾芡,但有接近勾芡的滑順口感,味道也很夠,很配飯,配的醃漬蘿蔔十分爽脆順口,我個人十分喜歡,滿分-10~10分我給7.5分 ?滷蛋10-記憶點不高,算滷的入味,偏扎實,我個人喜歡Q軟口感的蛋白,滿分-10~10分我給2分 ?乾米粉(小)45-其實就是燙過的白米粉淋上肉燥,相較於肉燥飯,吃起來不是很喜歡,覺得口感比較粗糙不順口,肉醬味道好像都被米粉稀釋掉了的感覺,不過也有可能是我喜歡的米粉口感很侷限,我個人曾經喜歡城隍廟的柳家的米粉口感,但他味道變不喜歡了,總之要找到喜歡的口感跟味道的乾米粉真的蠻難的,因為我自己個人喜好因素這乾米粉我很不喜歡,滿分-10~10分我給-4分 ?貢丸湯40-總共三顆,清清淡淡單喝ok,吃完肉圓配的話會覺得湯偏淡,但也不會完全沒味道,貢丸的製作調味不是我的菜,但吃一顆半也還可以,滿分-10~10分我給1分 ?綠花椰菜75、小農大陸妹55--因為是電話預訂,看網路的菜單,詢問有哪些菜時只知道菜滿多種的,都40覺得還不錯,不知道還有小黑板的價錢,看到75著實吃了一驚,但我也沒詢價就摸摸鼻子囉,店家目前也沒40元的燙青菜了,最低要55囉~價格雖高了些但坦白說吃的出用心欸!兩個燙青菜的調味方式不一樣,大陸妹是蒜味,花椰菜是油蔥,吃的話建議吃最下面有菜湯的部分,會比從上層吃順口更多,我覺得蠻好吃的啦,滿分-10~10分我給5.5分 PS.店家說魚丸湯的魚丸是跟石家魚丸進的,有興趣可以吃看看 下次還會想點的是肉圓跟肉燥飯 下次想試綜合蔬菜湯、咖喱飯看看

This is an eatery you shouldn't pass by. If you are a person leaving your home town and usually don't have time to enjoy home-made cuisines leisurely, this is the place you should visit more often. Although the signature food of the eatery is Ba Wan, mega pork dumplings, as the name of the eatery shows, I like its home-made food more. I especially like the rice noodles. The braised pork is poured on top of it, and well-cooked cabbage is mixed inside the meal. It really tastes great. The diversified veggies impress me everytime. They are all well-cleaned and scrupulously processed. Every veggie provides different enjoyment. Don't forget to order yourself a pork meatball soup. It is my favorite too.
