買了燒餅夾九層塔蛋,以及假日限定的黑糖酥餅。(照片是單純不加蛋的燒餅x2,以及黑糖酥餅) 如同大家的建議---先電話訂餐,因為真的較省時間(很多XD)。 燒餅皮真的是酥得沒話說,光是從塑膠袋中取出,表皮屑屑紛飛,表面有些許白芝麻,沒有到正面滿滿的,買回家吃建議微烤加熱,酥酥脆脆的口感真的有別於一般早餐店賣的燒餅。? 但可能是因為燒餅外層太酥,實際咬下時餅皮內部口感偏硬,有點阻礙感,和個人理想上有點落差。 燒餅皮不會太鹹,夾蛋的話好像會稍微刷一層薄薄的醬(?),整體鹹度適中,灑了白胡椒很香,有蔥蛋和九層塔蛋可以選擇,九層塔蛋可以嚐到一些些九層塔的香味,但不是特別突出,下次可能會點蔥蛋嘗試。 黑糖酥餅表面有灑黑白芝麻,微烤後和燒餅一樣酥,熱熱吃時要小心燙口,因為內部有融化的黑糖漿,糖量比想像中多,吃到最後一口都有糖漿可以配外層的酥餅,所以吃起來不會乾,很滿足!而且因為是黑糖不是白糖,甜度也較低。 個人建議當天吃,而且要烤熱,讓內部糖融化呈液態。? 無糖豆漿也是濃的,喝得出豆香味,但是價位偏高,別家豆漿店可以買到差不多濃度但更便宜的價位。
