The quiche is delicious, the skin is soft, which suits your taste. Shuijianbao prefers more meat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 終於遇到有包肉的水煎包，買了三顆但只吃了兩顆，內餡的肉非常鬆散，感覺絞肉各自的存在感非常重，肉顆粒分明，嚼在口中也覺得肉很粗糙(像有肉渣還是那種血水沒處理乾淨直接包蒸熟後會有的那種不適口感)，調味上普通，但薑味跟薑的渣也是每一口都明顯吃的到，個人不推，還是找時間回士林吃上海生煎包好了
