香港銅鑼灣 - 好吃又划算，現點現炒現吃的好滋味
可能有十五年了吧，對於香港銅鑼灣這家店的記憶，味道沒變過，我最常點卻也最常完售的牛肉河粉，有著大火快炒的鍋氣，及十足的調味，牛肉嫩又不柴，河粉香 Q 帶勁，就是一種好好味❤️十幾年來，味道從未走偏，價格雖從最初的 NTD75( 印象中第一次吃的價格）至今也才 NTD100 了。
今日碰巧經過，還是點了乾炒牛河及雞球皮蛋湯(NTD40)，吃完只有滿足。
這是種時代的滋味。

Causeway Bay, Hong Kong - Delicious and affordable
It may have been fifteen years. My memory of this restaurant in Causeway Bay, Hong Kong, has not changed. The beef hor fun I ordered most often and sold out the most. The beef is tender but not woody, and the hor fun has a strong Q, which is a good taste. For more than ten years, the taste has never gone wrong. Although the price has been NTD100 since the original NTD75 (the first time I ate it in my impression).
I happened to pass by today, and I still ordered the Dry Fried Beef River and Chicken Ball with Preserved Egg Soup (NTD40).
This is the taste of the times.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good Hor fun (or sometimes erroneously called Kway Teow), yi mein, and curry (in Chinese: 河粉、伊麵、咖哩). Their yi mein has that authentic eggy taste.
Satay Rice is too fishy for me. Huadan (滑蛋) Rice needs a bit more seasoning. Rice dishes come with so much rice. Tasty black tea.
