我從高中補習吃總店到現在十多年,看到清大開了一間,想說回味一下,結果完全不一樣,肉小片,裹的粉好像也不同,味道也不同,跟記憶中的升一排骨完全兩回事,我還特地回市區升一來確認,市區的還是讓人回味的老味道,清大的真的把市區總店的招牌打爛了,連升一「排骨」的排骨都做成這樣,說有學多長時間我是不太信。

The results are completely different. The meat slices and the breaded flour seem to be different. The taste is also different. A rib is completely different. I also went back to the urban area to make sure that the one in the urban area still has an old and memorable taste. The National Taiwan University really broke the signature of the main store in the city, and even promoted a "spare rib". The ribs are made like this, and I don’t really believe how long it takes to learn.

排骨飯跟本店口味一樣好吃,裹的粉是外酥內軟的那種,帶著些甜味,個人最喜歡的是他米飯的口感,粒粒分明的那種大鍋飯很好吃。

我不是個會浪費食物的人,但2/12當天買的排骨真的不行,那股軟嫩感與嚼勁...,好似我稍早在內灣老街買的客家麻糬的口感, 能把排骨做成這樣的口感也是種藝術. 肉薄皮厚可能是原因, 記得上上次買..不是這樣的, 希望只是偶發事件,所以平均給個三顆星
