比一般水煎包大顆，皮有厚度很Q，有麵香，單吃皮也很有滋味。現包現煎，高麗菜塞得滿滿的，新鮮、脆，蔥肉則是咬下有肉汁，肉餡調味適中帶有蔥甜，也不會一直吃到肥肉。兩款都是不加調味料就好吃，完美的中式下午茶。
