★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 老父親今年89歲，因右腳姆指嵌劇痛，直接到診所掛號；原已有心裡準，必須等到天荒地老，連紙尿褲都穿好了！但診所從掛號，到護理人員，看到坐著輪椅的老人家，馬上貼心安排最近號次，及一樓診間，免去等候及上下樓梯不便~阮醫師的細心問診、專業處理，因為是洗腎病患，還詳細的詢問用藥歷史、身體狀況，並對家屬不專業的問題耐心答覆.....患處護理方式也是交待鉅細靡遺，沒有任何不耐，這樣的診所難怪評價會高~看著笑著睡去的老父，我只能說，謝謝阮醫師及所有工作人員！！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 掛號17，站在診所外面一個多小時看到從15號直接跳到20號，進去詢問就丟一張24號，詢問為什麼？櫃檯小姐翻白眼說過號啦！表達立場後不耐煩的摔一張20號的牌子在櫃檯上打發人。
讓人無法忍受的不是這些，而是離開前聽到櫃檯小姐詢問診間護士是進去看什麼病，診間護士還回應了！這就是貴診所貼的「皮膚科要靠視診，我們會盡力維護病人的隱私與舒適」？
作為一間會在背後討論病人病歷的診所，實在不敢恭維，也希望提供給有需求的病人經驗，不要遭受這樣的對待。

What makes people intolerable is not these, but before I left, I heard the lady at the counter ask the nurse in the clinic what kind of disease was going in, and the nurse in the clinic responded! This is what your clinic posted "Dermatology depends on inspection, we will try our best to maintain the privacy and comfort of patients"?
As a clinic that will discuss patients' medical records behind their backs, I can't be complimented, and I hope to provide experience to patients in need and not suffer such treatment.

聽同事分享這邊醫師投藥準確今天ㄧ早來報到，櫃臺跟藥師的SOP實在是鬆散的誇張，先是把我的藥單給了別人，為什麼我會發現？因為比我後面看診的人都拿到藥了，再來是拿到我藥單的人發現單子不是他的丟了出來，櫃臺與藥師卻沒有人通知我去拿藥單，也沒有人去核對爲什麼有人丟出一張拿錯的藥單，是我在旁邊聽到了自己去櫃臺撿那張《廢紙》，真的被這種模式嚇到，來之前看了評語就發現有人反應，沒想到發生在自己身上，說實話重要的是醫師的醫術，但這種作業方式不怕拿錯藥吃壞人嗎？提供正確的資訊與藥單不是最基本的嗎？難道病人還要兢兢業業提醒你們？

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 週四早上張醫師，說話非常溫柔親切，但是講的內容不正確。
他竟然說我的內包性痘痘是痘疤造成皮膚纖維化的硬塊！？即使我反覆說明不像皮膚沾黏纖維，摸起來裡面還有深層的痘痘，醫師也沒有仔細再看看，只說A算後不太可能長新的痘痘。（回家我就擠出了一顆熟透的痘痘）現在疫情也沒辦法太靠近的說明，保持距離的看診也是可以理解，但真的很想回家錄擠痘痘的畫面給張醫師看，他說的那些痘疤位置裡面都還是有痘痘的。已經在這家診所看過很多次了，下次應該會換個醫師。
