提前半個月預約,只是問如果改前一天剪髮幾點可以,提供的時間我也說要想一下沒改,到了當天過去卻說預約被取消了,於是延到下一週 當天和G開頭的設計師溝通也被敷衍回應,可能你們錢賺得多不差我們吧~ 到了下一週的當天預約前一小時,打來說前面客人delay要延後30分鐘,不知道貴司是故意不想接我們還是硬接很多客人結果應付不來 從頭到尾都沒有道歉,只有很敷衍的態度,我要的只是能好好處理這件事,從來沒有想要當奧客 很愛同時接兩個燙染客人,所以每次都要等很久,工讀生還會把你的頭髮吹超乾,然後再噴水繼續吹,預約了還會被設計師擅自取消,事後也擺爛不處理,這種服務態度令人不敢恭維??‍♀️

9月的時候看到ig上設計師的廣告所以來到這裡燙髮,想說口碑不錯就來試試看,但實際到了之後g設計師詢問我要什麼樣的設計也沒有仔細討論,整個過程讓人很有壓迫感,先不說70%的服務都是助理在操作,因為大型的髮廊本來就是這樣可以理解,但在燙的時候助理和設計師在問我要不要護髮,先取得我的同意後才說護髮需要再加價,有點遭到強迫消費的感覺。 讓我感受最差的部分是在上捲加熱時,助理用手輕輕撥捲子查看情況的時候好像不小心把我的其中幾個捲子弄掉了,導致我內層的頭髮和其他頭髮加熱時間不平均、捲度不同,也就是被燙壞了,但設計師和助理完全沒有告知我,完全沒有,整個過程非常的沉默,我也不是專業人士所以也不知道怎麼開口問,最後設計師在吹整的時候,完全沒有先告知我,就把我內層好像被燙壞的頭髮喀擦喀擦全部剪掉並且剪得很不平均!!!!當下已經嚇壞了完全搞不清楚狀況也不知道要怎麼問,感受真的非常差,就算燙壞了也應該誠實的跟客人解釋吧??竟然就什麼都不說的在燙後將客人燙壞的頭髮都剪掉???現在被剪掉的那一搓頭髮長長的狀況看起來很醜很醜。最後設計師匆匆的收了我的錢好像要趕我走似的,明明是在ig上追蹤數很多的新竹設計師,竟然做出這麼不符合專業的服務,真的令人非常失望。

In the end, the designer hurriedly collected my money, as if trying to drive me away. Obviously, Hsinchu designer who has tracked a lot of ig on ig, it is really disappointing to provide such an unprofessional service.
