★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 報修很慢，拖了幾個月，年前報修拖到年後，真的是很氣人，打了好幾通口氣都超差，不想做可以不要做，真的租屋要多看，奉勸找房的各位，要謹慎，入住前建議對屋況及傢俱家電現狀錄影，以保護自己。
更新：報修項目都是正常使用下發生，重點在於擺爛的態度，如果你們有真的愛惜房東的房子，態度還會是這個樣子嗎？何況退租時我也乾淨歸還，委託到這樣的仲介，才真令人替屋主感到可悲！
