擔擔麵是新竹少見四川道地的調理方式，麻醬、花生跟花椒相互搭配調製而成，口味也不會太重，高麗菜水餃一般，但有一些餃皮破損的狀況，這次造訪沒吃到店家特有的剝皮辣椒水餃，建議想品嚐特殊口味水餃的可以來試試。食物份量來說算中等偏少。

Dandan noodles are rare in Sichuan. They are made with sesame sauce, peanuts and peppercorns. The taste is not too strong. The cabbage dumplings are normal, but there are some damaged dumplings. I didn’t eat them during this visit. The store’s unique peeled chili dumplings are recommended for those who want to taste special flavor dumplings. The food size is medium to small.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今天第一次來買外帶，蔥燒煨麵跟水煮菜。麵是由雞湯煨的，清甜好吃，還有幾塊去骨雞腿肉。小菜量多又清爽好吃，非常推薦！買的冷凍水餃還沒吃，下次評論。

炒的很有水準，不輸鼎泰豐的口感
雖然有一些比較弱勢的族群
不過一點也不馬虎
有著好功夫的餐館
