十幾年的社區當然還是會有一些構造上，或因為翻新工程較多造成的噪音問題，不過這邊居住環境還是不錯的唷！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 雖然管委會近年管理有進步 但可能是一開始的管委會沒盡責 後續接任的不願或無力改善 儘管大樓管理條例與社區原本的共同約章 都有提及共用區不得放置私人物品 建築物裡共用區域依然私人物品一大堆 雜亂無章 影響出入 是非常可惜的地方
Although the management committee has made progress in management in recent years, it may be that the management committee at the beginning did not perform its responsibilities and is unwilling or unable to improve it. Although the building management regulations and the original common agreement of the community have mentioned that the shared area shall not be placed in private buildings. It’s a pity that there are still a lot of personal belongings in the shared area, which is messy and disorganized.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 社區被有心人士惡意強佔，管理委員不分事理被同化成為一丘之貉，成為強力的共犯結構，社區居民大多自掃門前雪，讓人扼腕這個社會的自私冷漠。非常不建議入住此社區。
The community was maliciously taken over by people with intentions, and the management committees were assimilated into a group of raccoons regardless of affair, and became a powerful structure of accomplices. Most of the residents in the community swept themselves away, which made people feel the selfish and indifference of this society. It is highly not recommended to stay in this community.
