我記得以前吃的胡椒餅外餅皮都超硬
但這個的餅皮酥軟至極
咬下去後濃濃的素菇香味隨著白煙不斷冒出
雖然裡面沒有肉
但色香味不遜於葷
好吃推推

這絕對是會讓你人氣提升的辦公室團購點心 XD
The hidden afternoon tea in Hsinchu I found by chance. The pepper cake is crispy and fragrant without any excess oil. It tastes refreshing and healthy. The company ordered it twice, and the package was very tight when the boss sent it, and it was full of crisp fragrance .

鹹胡椒餅內餡主要是一般筍絲素菜包內會有的食材：金針菇、筍絲、木耳、紅蘿蔔、香菇等。內餡調味香氣很夠、鹹度適中，皮略帶甜味，口感鬆粉，粉粉的有點容易碎，有同事喜歡，我個人是不太喜歡甜鹹混合的口感啦。
起士紅豆的豆香濃郁，跟略甜的鬆皮比較搭，起士很香但要咬到餅的中間才能吃到。整體來說甜鹹各有擁護者，我喜歡甜的，但比較多男同事覺得紅豆餡太甜，吃到後面很膩，所以比較喜歡鹹餅

Cheese red bean has a strong bean fragrance, which is more suitable for the slightly sweet pine skin. The cheese is very fragrant, but it can only be eaten when you bite into the middle of the cake. Generally speaking, sweet and salty have their own advocates. I like sweet, but more male colleagues think that the red bean filling is too sweet, and it is very greasy after eating, so they prefer salty cakes.
