前陣子iPhone 6 64G突然螢幕黑掉無法開機,上網查詢救援辦法也無效,以為是電池完全沒電的關係,抱著一絲希望到貴店尋求救援(一切都是錯誤的開始),只怪我無知太相信貴店沒有在場查看,店裡男性工作人員(不知道是不是老闆)就說先幫我換電池檢查,我問了價錢還可以接受,就留下資料說晚上再來看能不能開機、資料、照片能不能救回來(我也好傻好天真殊不知其實整個檢測過程不用半小時),到了晚上下班時間再次造訪貴店,老闆說換了電池無法救回,不收我電池費用也不更換。只跟我收檢測費300元(我還非常感謝他),這時他還順便推銷了玻璃櫃中的二手機,當下我真的非常心動差點拿出現金買了(但直覺哪裡怪怪的便沒有倉促購買)...沒有手機真的很不方便,辦了新手機之後,想說舊機擺在那沒用也是放著,於是抱著一顆嘗試的心情找了另外一位幫忙檢測的人,非常專業的從拆機到結束都全程錄影下來,過程只花了五分鐘,(因為我有附上原廠盒子),檢測結果是電池跟硬碟都被掉包了(原本64g變成16g),主機板疑似被掉包(因背後貼紙被刮除),事情已經過去了,但是只希望店家可以秉持良心跟信用做生意,也希望不要再有人受害,拿手機到店家不管是包膜還是檢修,再怎麼樣都不能離開現場,一定要重頭到尾看顧好手機以免被動手腳還傻傻被收錢!!
