The grinder is very good, and it has been in cooperation for more than 30 years. I have called countless MH-320 grinders and spare parts, upper and lower grinding stones, filters... But every time an order is consumed, the personnel of your company are all I have to ask for the information again. After asking, the staff said that our administrative staff are often changing. They said that the previous staff may remember the customer information, and the newcomer will not know it. Hearing this answer...I don’t know What to say?, but it is better to back up each customer's data with a computer.
