對老師極其不尊重，常安排非必要活動硬性要老師參加，剝奪老師假日休息時間。
還不尊重本科系專業老師的帶班，強制干涉，主管不願與老師溝通，上層官官相護，一律規定老師只負責遵從，
甚至導致離職老師憂鬱、焦慮症，至今無法痊癒。
硬要要求老師對幼兒做不專業的教導。
「不要相信 悅意 公司」和與之相關的任何 學校 與 行業。
「不要相信 新悅成 幼兒園」
Regarding Yueyi's related industries, including the "Xinyuecheng Kindergarten" in Hsinchu City, all teachers are from the "non-professional" undergraduate department.
Disrespect for teachers, often arrange non-essential activities to force teachers to participate, depriving teachers of holiday breaks.
It does not respect the teaching of the undergraduate professional teachers, compulsory interference, the supervisor is unwilling to communicate with the teacher, and the upper-level officials protect each other. The teacher is only responsible for compliance.
It even led to depression and anxiety of the resigned teacher, which has not been cured so far.
Teachers are obliged to do unprofessional teaching to children.
"Don't trust Yueyi Company" and any schools and industries related to it.
"Don't believe in Xinyuecheng Kindergarten"
