公辦民營日照中心、裡面的老師、社工、護士、司機都很有愛心,課程安排也照顧到休閑、運動和團康、整個環境看來清爽明亮,個人覺得比秋霖園還要乾淨舒服,(但4樓冷氣壞蠻久了沒修好)、是新竹市唯一針對失智老人的一家,而且都是具有行動力老人居多,未來如果能針對老人家智力退化、手腳指不靈活、漏尿、腳軟等各種生活障礙,做專業的開課訓練、應該會更棒。但本來一日二餐、變成一日一餐也沒有解釋不知為什麼。。。他的地點比較偏遠、但有校車可自費接送。

這不是失智老人中心嗎??只選擇收能自理的失智老人? 日照中心只收自理能力好的老人,不太能自理的老人拒收及退案,非常沒愛心及沒專業的封閉型機構???????? 當初是主任與督導評估母親可進入日照學習, 進入日照中心數天後,由日照的社工和護理師通知家屬母親有中風傾向,經送醫後醫師表明母親已經中風了,血濃度過高應大量補充水份,家屬回朔日照中心的聯絡簿,每日喝水量低於250cc,並未通知家屬讓母親補充水份。 出院後母親積極復健已能使用輔具自行行走,狀況逐漸好轉,並再次想讓母親回日照中心學習,但日照的督導和社工百般刁難及提出困難條件認定母親不適合回日照,家屬拜託衛生局長照照專多次與日照中心協調,才讓母親在度回到日照。 一個月後,家屬向日照表示要再增加服務天數,並同時照會照專.個管增加服務天數後,日照中心卻不斷反應母親狀況多,不想收案,日照各層工作人員怠於照顧後,通知家屬將母親退案。 經開會後家屬認為母親在日照有很大的進步空間,日照卻表示認定母親無法自理及活動,遭勒令退案,讓家屬百般錯愕與無奈。
