從馬大元拿完處方籤到隔壁藥局領藥,因為我是幫家人拿藥不清楚規定,醫生開立兩張處方籤,櫃台拿走一張後我問 "另一張不用嗎" ,該位藥師瞬間理智斷線回說"這張日期不一樣,你要不要看清楚一點啊?!"
我不期望醫療業做為服務業以客為尊以客至上的對待,只希望最少您可以試著體諒不是所有人都了解流程怎麼進行,也許不需要用到這樣苛刻的態度指責對方。
在領藥之前,建議先諮詢診所比較親切的櫃台人員,降低領藥時莫名被噴的機會。
How to anger the pharmacist with one sentence?

I don't expect the medical industry to treat the customer first as the service industry. I just hope that at least you can try to understand that not everyone understands how the process works. Maybe you don't need to use such a harsh attitude to accuse each other.
Before receiving the medicine, it is recommended to consult the friendly counter staff in the clinic to reduce the chance of inexplicable spraying when receiving the medicine.
