★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 住了6年, 環境很好, 且中庭適合小朋友活動, 上班近, 離金山街也近, 對面有新科國中健身館(包含健身房, 游泳池, 有氧課程等), 旁邊有7-11跟洗衣店, 食衣住行非常便利.
