以前多年都是在此分店購物, 直到近年去買東西結帳時報會員電話 小姐說沒有我的會員資料~ 然後我拿出會員卡給小姐, 小姐一秒變臉,說: 「我們現在已經 跟之前的美樂蒂不一樣了, 之前的會員也不能用了!」 我才知道⋯ 原來招牌還是一樣「美樂蒂」 但實際內部人員,還是經營權什麼的, 已經換手了~ 但自從變成現在的這批人, 服務品質就非常不佳⋯ 陸續硬著頭皮去消費三四次 每次小姐的態度都不太好 甚至問幾個問題 就會開始擺臉色、口氣很兇 直到昨日帶朋友去消費, 想買電棒捲,一直推最貴的 $1700日本電棒(店員說的) 我表示想看看一般價位的富麗雅 店員卻沒有要拿給我們看的意思, 改拿另一支$1100元的電棒捲, 看到我朋友因為不會使用電棒 就只想推最貴的;在我「第三次」 很堅定地表示想看富麗雅的電棒時, 才終於很不甘願的轉身 拿了富麗雅的電棒讓我們看 後來朋友想了想考慮後 還是覺得換成富麗雅新款的電棒~ 店員真的是立刻臭臉 還不願意給換的表情, 然後語帶嘲諷的說: 「妳們真的有確定了吼!? 我現在這個保固貼貼了, 妳回去又後悔可是不能換的!」 盒子一打開, 掉出富麗雅本身有免費附贈的隔熱套 我朋友驚訝地說: 「原來這個牌子有免費附隔熱套喔!?」 店員臉超臭的 直接把附贈的隔熱套丟到桌子的一邊 並接著說⋯ 「富麗雅本身就有附的隔熱套就不能給妳們了, 因為剛剛妳們說要另外加買 的隔熱套袋子已經拆了就要買單!」 其實買單沒問題 是店員從頭到尾對我們 講話的態度真的很糟糕~ 讓我真的忍不住 登入谷歌帳號來發這篇「負面評論」!! 前面幾次我自己去消費時受氣就算了! 這次連帶朋友來也被一陣洗臉~ 真的不懂怎麼換了一個經營體系 人員就都服務態度差到,像欠她們幾百萬一樣~ 這件事情還有其他細節 我實在不想一一闡述了~ 網路即便有很多人會寫不實負評 但也很多好評是造假的! 相信有不少人都受過這樣莫名的委屈 但沒有真正登入近來評論她們! 她們這種銷售態度 也不是一兩天的事情了 這次消費體驗真的是 讓我這個平常受氣皆選擇忍下去的人 都忍不下去了!!!!! 必須寫出真實感受! 大家去消費時可以自行公評!!

服務人員跟很緊 結果兩位服務人員從頭聊到尾 都沒有介紹 不如自己逛 只想趕人走的感覺 市區還有其他家好逛 不用來這裡給人嫌?
