There is some shredded ginger inside the porridge. If you don't like shredded ginger, you have a chance to not have it while you are ordering your meal. I especially like the appetizer, the pig's blood rice pudding. When you have it in your mouth, you can feel it melting on your tongue. I recommend this dish if you are not afraid to take some adventure.
