服務人員超不用心 第一次在google留下差評 用line預約隔天剪髮,時間也打好了 當下回覆訊息還問我幾點?這就算了 預約好隔天到現場跟我說今天公休,確認後發現我居然被預約到後天... 雖然line的訊息有確實打出日期,沒注意到我自己也有問題 但幫我預約一個不是我說的時間...?不是很能理解 預約前也有確認那天應該是有營業的才預約那個日期 回去看臉書也沒公告那天是店休 google上也顯示營業中 感受真的很不好,不會再去消費了

今天(12/3)中午首次前往雨川不指定洗+剪,遇到設計師Didi 1.洗頭時圍巾漏水導致衣服和肩背濕掉 2.護髮時毛巾沒有包好且設計師放著就離開了,毛巾滑脫到後方水槽中 3.剪頭髮時剪刀戳到頭皮導致破皮(但設計師有道歉) 4.剪頭髮過程中梳子滑掉到地板上(大約3次) 5.剪頭髮過程中設計師中途多次離開去隔壁位子和後面休息室(好像睫毛有東西?我不確定) 剪完頭髮後因為設計師還在場不好意思當下反應,離開2分鐘後有撥電話,是另一位設計師接到的,有提到上述部分,表示會再和Didi溝通,有關心頭皮有無出血。 其他設計師態度都蠻好感覺也蠻專業的,或許只是特殊狀況。希望不要誤會其他人了。

I'm not sure) After I cut my hair, I was embarrassed to react right away because the designer was still there. Two minutes after leaving, there was a call, which was received by another designer. The above part was mentioned, indicating that he would communicate with Didi again, and whether he was concerned about the scalp. Bleeding. The attitudes of other designers are pretty good and they feel pretty professional, maybe it's just a special situation. Hope not to misunderstand others.

幾天前去剪,指定設計師Marco,超級滿意! 本人對各種髮型接受度很高,這次不是很希望剪顆大眾頭,但又沒有特別的想法,也不希望為難設計師,所以還是盡量配合溝通(很想丟一句「設計師自由發揮即可」,但他應該會很擔心結果不滿意的話會怎樣吧) 總之,能感受到設計師滿滿的專業和熱忱,溝通時,態度溫和,也非常謹慎,洗頭時按得非常舒服,剪髮過程不會尬聊也不會擺高冷姿態(太多設計師會這樣了反),之後還會再去的!

時間線:我也忘了二年了沒,真的蠻久的了。設計師 維尼:剪女生的剪髮技術真的很基礎,剪完跟沒剪差不多...有種不用一個月就要去別間再剪一次,白花錢的感覺。設計師DiDi:對於不指定設計師的客人耐心不到3句話,還在陳述想要怎麼剪不用10秒就丟一個平板過來,要客人給她髮型圖,給完圖就快速把髮型修成圖上的樣子,雖然技術很好,但就像個雕刻匠一樣,客人沒什麼機會能溝通哪邊要怎麼剪。洗髮時臉上也沒幫忙蓋防噴濺的罩,隔壁躺著一起洗頭的髒水都噴到我臉上了。臉也很臭,還蠻可怕的經驗,只去一次我就不知道要多久才能忘掉。

When shampooing, I didn't help to cover my face with a splash-proof cover, and the dirty water lying next door to wash my hair was sprayed on my face. The face is also very smelly, and it's a terrible experience. I only go once and I don't know how long it will take to forget it.
