★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 餅皮不像蔥抓餅是脆的，反而是有點軟Q的餅皮，一份$40（本身就有加蛋了）最讓人驚艷的是加的蛋裡有滿滿的蔥，蔥很鮮甜，吃完口齒留香，喜歡蔥的人不要錯過！現點現煎，服務態度也很好。

靠過去老闆就主動介紹，也說得也蠻清楚，就點了一份蔥香餅40塊。
（40是最貴的，玉米餅是30，還有更便宜的項目）
先打蛋下去然後加蔥花，蔥下得蠻多，再蓋上五吋餅皮，不大。
我選加甜辣醬，搭起來還不錯吃。
皮QQ的， 跟一般蔥抓餅和蔥油餅的口感不一樣，有種家常感。
整體也沒有油膩感，一下就吃完了。
想吃蔥的時候應該會回購。
這邊是每天下午3點賣到7點，
早上聽說是在湳雅大潤發的對面，7點到10點的樣子。
不開店的話是事先公告在車側掛牌子。
老闆跟他兒子態度都很好，給人感覺舒服。
