★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 服務態度非常差,也非常拽，尤其是年輕人跟他的媽媽,跑遍全新竹所有的跳蚤本舖,就屬這家間服務最差。
以前那個老闆服務非常好,可惜後來因為身體不好,頂讓給現在這個老闆了,回不去的服務品質@@

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店內老闆娘的態度非常差，服務的態度好像是顧客欠她一樣，要麻煩顧客把東西放回原處，口氣一副不耐，自己店內雜亂不堪，甚至連防疫措施也沒做好，空間狹小又危險，不建議入內消費。
這是我第一次進去消費，感受度非常差，還連鎖體系，素質沒有我想像中的理想。網頁做這麼好，實際上不過是個幌子。
