★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 從入座到鍋上來幾乎等一個小時,麵線20分鐘上來等到都冷了,也並未事前告知,仍一直接客。
湯頭不錯,算是薑味不過濃。
肉少且包含脖子、鴨掌、翅膀比重高
I waited for an hour from the seat to the pot, and the front line was up to 20 minutes and waited until it was cold. It was not told beforehand that it was still a direct guest.
The soup is good, but the ginger taste is not strong.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 湯頭很甜,豆皮卷稍微燙一下就好了,很好吃。麵線有一點胡椒味道。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 非常鮮甜的湯頭,濃郁到不行!希望新的店面不要在火車站的後面,不然行人走路超難抵達?(非常害怕走地下道⋯)
薑母鴨只選霸味,新竹地區只來這一間,其他家湯頭有的偷工減料用開水稀釋,只有這一家我喝了超多碗湯後還想再喝~~~~
麵線份量稍少了點,但湯頭好喝我就給五顆星啦!

這一次要介紹的是連鎖品牌薑母鴨店
霸味薑母鴨 霸味薑母鴨全台各地都有是一個知名度算高的餐飲店
濃厚的湯頭 以及沒有侷限吃飯時間
都是非常適合聚餐的場合
有加上平價 菜色上麻油麵線是必點的餐點
再加上凍豆腐 吸飽湯汁咬下那湯汁真的是絕配
配喝下一口暖暖的湯頭
整個寒冷的夜晚都溫暖了起來
這家南大店的霸味薑母鴨
場地很大 用餐品質不錯
唯獨薑母鴨的肉是用來熬湯頭的可能略柴一點
這是唯一的缺點
其餘的都在中上的程度
