②12/21 二次預約15:00 ，電話確認15:30會到現場，因為您的重新安排，使得我們需要再次等候
③12/21 15:30 不見工程車到現場也未接到電話聯絡。
④收費高於他行，當消費者理性訴求時，不為消費者著想，性價比偏低，故給予一星評論
① Make an appointment on 12/16, and fail to inform in the text message that "a phone reminder will be made on the same day" to break the contract and release the pigeons and push the problem to the consumer. Such a bad attitude is not advisable
②12/21 second appointment at 15:00, call to confirm that we will be there at 15:30, because of your rescheduling, we need to wait again

④The charge is higher than other businesses. When consumers are rationally appealing, they are not for the sake of consumers, and the price/performance ratio is low, so give a one-star review
