新竹女中斜對面的老牌便當店,店家就位在東大路橋下轉角的鐵皮屋,在新竹幾乎是無人不曉。 斑駁的招牌顯出歲月的痕跡,在地很多人都是從學生時代吃到大。 中午餐期時段外面都是臨停的機車和計程車,也有長長的外帶排隊人龍。 餐期前入店可以看到桌上疊滿了準備外送的便當,真的是超強便當店。 這裡營業時間是10:00-20:00,下午沒休息,幾乎想吃就有;店家有5個人做,4個人負責裡面,1個專門外送。 今年11/1全品項漲價10元,目前排骨是80元,雞腿是90元。 這裡最多人點的就是排骨、雞腿和招牌,當天內用時聽到進店的客人幾乎都是點排骨和雞腿。 招牌是排骨上面淋店家自製的糖醋醬,漲價後的招牌要85元,比沒有淋醬的排骨多5元 所有的餐都有三個配菜+菜脯,配菜通常是一種綠色的+高麗菜+海帶/豆腐/豆干,不管內用或外帶都可以加飯,如果食量大可以先說要加飯。 內用有海帶蛋花湯和大冰桶裝的古早味紅茶可以無限喝,海帶湯的海帶相當多,完全不怕客人撈。 排骨有先斷筋敲軟再裹粉炸,炸的外酥內嫩,整片都沒有骨頭,是很好吃的排骨,可以再跟店員要辣椒粉搭配吃。 雞腿是先滷之後沒有裹粉直接炸,吃起來肉質有點乾,不過吃大雞腿就是過癮。 招牌上淋的糖醋醬吃起來還有些蘑菇和黑胡椒的味道,應該就是綜合口味,光用白飯配菜脯和糖醋醬就很好吃了。 因為是老舊鐵皮屋,所以內用環境通風比較不好,介意的話就外帶。 雖然餐點口味還不錯,但此次餐點漲10元,已沒有以往的高CP值。

The fried is crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. The whole piece has no bones. It is a very delicious pork ribs. You can eat it with the chili powder from the clerk. The chicken drumsticks are first marinated and then fried without being coated with flour. The meat is a bit dry, but it is enjoyable to eat big drumsticks. The sweet and sour sauce poured on the signboard tastes like mushrooms and black pepper. It should be a comprehensive taste. It is delicious just with white rice and sweet and sour sauce. Because it is an old tin house, the ventilation of the interior environment is not good. If you mind, take it out. Although the taste of the meal is not bad, this time the meal has increased by 10 yuan, which is no longer the high CP value in the past.

Humongous chicken cutlets(雞排). $65 is even more a steal. Sides are delicious too, although always the same. Their rice is a bit dry. Chicken leg is well seasoned and also ridiculously cheap!
