★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Miss Wu Xiaofen is the best real estate consultant in Hsinchu.
I recently relocated to Hsinchu. I don't know Chinese language and it was extremely difficult for me to talk to agents in Taiwan.
Miss Wu Xiaofen, though not knowing English language, kept using Google translate and helped me find my current house.
She is extremely patient, never got irritated while showing so many houses to me. She is punctual, and always arrived before me at the venue.
I used to find houses online and she used to talk to the owners /agent on my behalf since I don't know Chinese.
Due to my work schedule, I could not find houses on weekdays, she helped me find houses on weekends working outside of her office hours.
80% of the house owners in Taiwan don't give houses to Indians / foreigners ,( and I don't blame them). This made Miss Wu's task even more difficult as she had to talk to many more agents / owners than normal.
This went on for almost 2 months and she kept on helping me without even knowing whether I will be able to find a house or not with her
No other agent showed me more than one house and no other agent would do the talking for me for my online house searches. I took help of almost 10 agents in the whole process and Miss wu was the only one who helped me from day 1 till I finalized my house.
In addition i was a tough customer too, with some specific requirements to add to her problems :(
If anyone is looking for a house in Hsinchu, just take Miss Wu's help! She is an excellent real estate agent in addition to an excellent human being!
