貴商家您好: 我是2/18購買椅子的客戶,當初在您們的店裡有跟蔡小姐訂購一張椅子,當場也刷了卡付了運費,甚至也有跟業務員說明是在外租屋、沒有管理員、輪班的工作沒有固定的假日,當時看到業務員在訂單上無任何註記,我還詢問大概什麼時候出貨,小姐回覆3/4以後,我也有提到那天可能沒辦法,她告訴我當天司機會打電話我再告訴他改什麼時間就好,我說我上班時間不太能接電話,她回覆可以再回電給司機,我也就答應回家了。 過了3/4當天我手機都沒有關於宅配的電話,等到3/6我打電話去詢問,我已很清楚在電話說明我姓謝、電話多少,地址在哪裡,蔡小姐還是找錯了訂單,詢問我是不是劉小姐等等,還說以為我是要自取的客人,當下其實已經有點覺得莫名其妙,但還是很克制的再說明一次我的訂單訊息。結果她回覆我3/8才會出貨,當天也是我上班的日期,我就告知我那天無法收貨,對方竟然又再次詢問我有沒有警衛或別人可以代收,我又重複說了一次我租屋、沒有警衛、上班輪班等訊息,她問我什麼時候可以收貨,我把我近幾日休假的時間都報給她了,她回覆我說:我們3/17以前的行程都滿了要3/17才可以。我說我3/17真的沒辦法收貨,她不耐煩的直接問我:那小姐妳告訴我妳什麼時間方便好了,我再問師傅什麼時間可以送。我再次耐心報一次我可以的時間,她告訴我明天會回覆我電話,我也答應了。 隔天我在家等了一整天的電話,也沒有打來,一直等到了3/23在我上班的時間打來告訴我明天可以出貨。 我知道服務業不容易,貨運配送也需要協調,我上述詳細的從接單到收貨的過程都說明了,不知道貴公司是否看出問題在哪裡? 2/18接單無任何註記、到回電自己詢問、再到過了一整個月才接到電話,直到今天才收到貨,請問過程中我有提出什麼很困難或是不好配合的地方嗎?還是因為我只是買了$2500便宜的一張椅子所以可以這樣子服務?我生平第一次最長的留言就送給貴商家了,這樣的服務我也不會再去或推薦,如果覺得接個人訂單賺不到多大的錢可以拒接,真的不用消耗彼此的時間以及浪費精力和造成雙方困擾。 若是有個人小筆訂單的客人,我真的強烈不建議在這裡購買,寧願去網路下單或者跑遠一點,謝謝!
