My mother had moderate and severe hearing in both ears, and was introduced by the doctor to try on hearing aids at the Guangfu store in Colin Hsinchu. Two audiologists, Ms. Chen and Mr. Su, were very patient in explaining and analyzing.

給三星是至少門市人員還算耐心的要客戶去適應客製化的商品。
The service is good, but when it comes to the problem of products, customers have to adapt to it all the time, but customized products cannot be designed and produced humanely.
For Samsung, at least the store personnel are still patient to ask customers to adapt to customized products.
