今天租21年式的馬自達3,車況非常好,能夠租到這麼新的車又不會被里程費再坑一筆真的很讚!!!門市人員也非常親切會詳盡介紹車子的功能,後面有停車場可以停放機車,適合竹北地區騎車過去租車使用!!(但還是希望貴公司可以考慮在竹北設點XDD)

便宜是挺便宜的,但還車的時候店員態度不佳。 取車時說好滿油給我所以我要滿油還車, 晚上回家前把油加滿隔天早上去還車說我可能在這段時間有趴趴走, 讓我超不爽的,不是說好判定是靠油箱指針嗎是在哈囉?^_^ 給五星好評,這是其中一顆星,下次還會再來<3

本次租車,時間5/11-5/13。交車時,我向交車小姐表明不常開車,並且清楚告知我們的行程是前往阿里山,必須途經顛簸的山路,詢問小姐如何使用汽車檔位。交車小姐回應,如果不常開車,建議全程使用『D檔』即可,『低速』檔位複雜,她自己也不是很清楚怎麼操作,告訴我們那是給汽車玩家使用的,叫我們不要使用。因此,我們這次前往阿里山全程依照店家建議全程使用『D檔』。就在5/13日我們從阿里山下山, 就在路過阿里山最危險、最曲折顛簸的單向路段,車上乘客恰好搖下車窗,頓時全車聞到濃重塑膠燒焦味,同時後方車輛對我們猛按喇叭,提醒我們的輪胎在『冒煙』,我們趕緊將車輛停在路邊,打給租車公司詢問狀況。租車公司一派輕鬆表示開山路下山,如使用『D檔』且密集使用煞車,則會因過熱導致燒焦皮燃燒燒焦,要我們停在路邊等候冷卻,然後以『低速一檔』下山即可,對於交車人員在行前告知的全程使用『D檔』的嚴重疏失置若罔聞。我在租車時,就因安全考量向對方詢問如何使用檔位且明確告知阿里山山路行程,交車人員明確的告知我全程使用『D檔』。在電話中,該店站長沒有一句抱歉,只有卸責與逃避,全然沒有將交車人員的疏失會直接導致整輛車六條人命死亡放在眼裡。我們隨後詢問專業人士,他表示如果沒有即時發現且持續駕駛,車輛最終會煞車失靈,撞上山壁,且下山不能持續使用低速『一檔』,需使用低速『二檔』,否則同樣會造成高溫,對車輛造成危險。也就是說,如果我車上乘客沒有『恰好』搖下車窗,後方『恰好』沒有車輛按喇叭提醒,我一車同行六人,早已是壁下亡魂。遇到事故後站長建議的全程改用低速『一檔』下山,同樣差點造成我們的危險,好在詢問其他專業人士,應以『二檔』行駛。連續兩個嚴重疏失,站長沒有一句道歉,不斷強調租車公司沒有教導開車的責任,對於比較沒有經驗的客人本來就只會建議使用D檔,對於交車人員的疏失危及六條人命置若罔聞,最後傲慢的直接說,我們能回應的只有這樣,如果有意見請去找消保官。租車公司完全沒有因為我們沒事感到絲毫的慶幸,難道非要鬧出人命才要面對疏失嗎?我們一再致電,站長一再迴避,一再的說要向上級主管請示,先是承諾會有上級主管回電,隨後又表示上級主管要他出面即可,卻不提供任何補償措施,更沒有一句道歉,最終才說週一會由公司法務出面和我們聯繫商討後續,敷衍了事、息事寧人之心昭然若揭。
