★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 之前感冒咳嗽一個月，看遍西、中醫及眾人推薦的偏方都不見好轉，最後到恒中堂，吃過一次藥後，戕況明顯改善，再次看診，醫師說，我的狀況其實可以不用吃藥了。因為想盡也好，醫師還是開藥給我，但交待說，如果沒再咳了，就不要再吃藥了，必竟藥吃多了也不好，並建議夏天多運動比較好（真的是很有醫德的醫師，不會要民眾不停看病吃藥）。之後我開始運動，比較少感冒，若有，也很快復原，沒再有之前重感冒的情形。
