這次買了小熱狗與牛肉，覺得牛肉較好吃，而且原味比加黃芥末醬更棒，加了反而在口腔殘留苦味，下次再試試煙燻與蔥辣

結果⋯⋯超級普⋯熱狗的人工味頗重，吃不到起司味，711的起司熱狗好吃3倍以上
外皮炸得太焦，也沒什麼特別口感，就是炸過頭的麵皮
新竹果真是美食沙漠= =
但老闆娘態度算佳，醬擠得滿可愛，所以三顆星

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 跟一般台式熱狗不一樣，他的熱狗麵糊很薄，可能是我吃習慣了台式熱狗，總覺得這間熱狗味道感覺有點怪怪的。店家的油蠻乾淨的，服務態度也很好，這點是要一稱讚，再來就是醬料塗抹的方式蠻講究的。

?熱狗的肉好吃，應該是比一般也是賣的還純，夜市賣的感覺很組合肉，這邊味道比較純粹，而且因為麵衣很薄，不會覺得一直在吃麵粉，肉的份量很飽足
?最大的優點就是都算是現炸，內餡都很燙，不會像很多店家都是炸好了點了再稍微加熱表皮而已，可以吃到熱騰騰的熱狗很讚??，只是確實要等待一下
?塗醬方式很講究，有番茄醬跟黃芥末醬可以選，店家服務也很好
?隱身在一堆服飾店前的小店，偶然路過發現似曾相似，原來是陪沈團介紹過，超容易一個不小心就錯過！
