拉麵粗細軟硬有分,相當貼心.可以免費加湯,但加麵要另外計費.出餐速度很快,麵+湯汁+肉(或其它主菜)的味道相當鮮美,肉質軟嫩清甜.炸水餃酥脆,水分及肉鮮味都有釋放出來.整體而言,吃完後會想很快再回訪,值得再排一次隊.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 黑蒜豚骨一上來蒜香撲鼻，中太麵強調Q感，跟日式拉麵的Q中帶硬不太相同，炸雞外表偏乾，但雞肉本身還是有帶汁，滿不錯的單品
As soon as the black garlic tonkotsu comes up, the garlic is fragrant, and the Zhongtai noodles emphasize the Q feeling, which is not the same as the Q in the Japanese ramen noodles. The fried chicken is dry on the outside, but the chicken itself is still juicy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 我們點了清香黑蒜肋眼叉燒～一端上桌一股濃郁蒜香味撲鼻，就知道選擇正確！柚雞白湯肋眼叉燒～湯味也是濃郁鮮甜美味，湯頭符合我的口味不會太鹹。肋眼叉燒是粗條狀的豬叉燒肉，咬起來鮮嫩多汁，真是好吃?
這家拉麵好吃又不貴，我應該會常去，因為我喜歡?

Pomelo Chicken White Soup Rib Eye Char Siew ~ The soup is also rich, sweet and delicious, and the soup is not too salty for my taste. Rib Eye Char Siew is thick strips of pork char siu pork, tender and juicy to bite into, really delicious ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 蜜汁叉燒很不錯，但是實際上感覺是媽媽的南部滷肉，不是那麼日本叉燒！
豚骨也很ok
麵是點正常，但是合另ㄧ份的硬麵口感沒有太大差別
雞湯口感也很好，但是確實油了點！乳化還沒那麼夠！
燙青菜的醬口味太特殊！不是那麼喜歡！
位置不多，離餐時間也要等一下！
以拉麵來說價格不高有機會會再去吃！

The chicken soup tastes good too, but it's really oily! Emulsification is not enough!
The sauce of hot green vegetables is too special! Not so fond of it!
There are not many places, so you have to wait for the meal time!
In terms of ramen, the price is not high, and there is a chance to eat again!

Place is small and clean. Noodles was good?. Soup base was good too. We were early and just when we are about to finish our lunch, the crowd came in and there was a queue. So glad we popped in there and early.

Don’t know why there is always a long queue in front of this restaurant...I can easily name at least 3 better Ramen restaurants in HC..
