★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 很普通 看很多人才買的 價格比起其他地方都貴上不少 但吃完真的只有‘’普通‘’能形容 小籠包一個要9塊 普通蛋餅也要35-.- 不用特地來～～

蛋餅皮是脆的，跟蛋不合，感覺兩個東西。
The dumplings were too thick, with little filling and no flavor.

傳統小籠包，不是薄皮的湯包，麵皮有點嚼勁，內餡算是飽滿適中，帶點湯汁，咬起來不會有空虛的感覺。
蛋餅皮酥有蛋香，品質算穩定。

但是！！
蛋餅真的是我目前人生中吃過最最好吃的一家
身邊友人也都很喜歡！
之前實驗室在博愛幾乎每天來報到
也很常看到教授光顧♪( ´▽｀)
老闆娘看到都認得我了
都會親切的打招呼
老闆當然也很親切有禮貌
吃完感覺實驗都做得出來
雖然現在實驗室不在附近很少吃到了
但我還是要來大大好評一下愛店！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 小籠包屬於調味不會太重的版本，不沾醬油直接吃很清爽，可以嚐到淡淡麵皮的香味、蔥香、肉香和薑。肉感覺是肥瘦均勻的，但是餡稱不上飽滿，甚至有幾顆有點過少。
不錯的是每一顆都有少許肉汁，吃起來不會乾，不會膩，早上吃一籠我覺得負擔不會太重卻又很滿足。
醬料和薑絲基本上要自己裝，辣醬油算是微辣，搭配起來也好吃。?
蛋餅屬於脆皮的那種，咬起來有韌性與嚼勁，搭配蔥蛋吃起來還不錯，但因為是外帶口感可能有點影響，內用現做應該會更好吃。
