★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dumplings were a bit dry, but the omelette and noodles are very food. The soup dumplings come inside a soup (in-soup-tion). Its very good.

Lowlight is No reservation accepted, also you need to approach staff to be put into waiting list quite proactively.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Iron (the name of the place in English) has really good pot stickers and noodles. We live their salad that has sweet potato in it as well. The beer selection is good and their iced tea is tasty. Price is reasonable. Only downside is that there aren't many options for vegetarians (there's one omlet type thing and you can ask for the noodles or salad without meat).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is probably one of the better restaurants I've visited in Hsinchu City area... The selection on their menu is quite unique. I'd say it's a must visit for anyone who's into dumplings~ :) 5/5 I'd definitely visit this place again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The spoon was so dirty when I picked it randomly from the clean basket. That was very unacceptable mistake for a restaurant even they didn’t do it on purpose.
The dumplings and the fried noddles were okay. Not so bad but not wow me either.
The decor is fine , typical industrial style. Quite spacious and clean.
