真心推薦晨心,寶寶從出生後打預防針都是在這裡,不管是皮膚上的問題還是生病。醫生都很有耐心。再來是護士人都很好,每次女兒進去都會打招呼,問的問題都會回答! 比較可惜的是診所空間比較小、擁擠了些 但是醫生護士人都超好!真心推薦

因緣際會之下,剛好這家診所有夜間施打AZ,進來診所時感到非常溫馨,護理師們也很親切,尤其是黃醫師問診時,態度十分親切,一點也不會讓人覺得緊張,我想小孩來這邊看診應該是不會害怕??

黃醫師很認真看診,講話也很沈穩不浮誇,有次剛好媽媽自己也一起看感冒,黃醫師還很貼心的提醒媽媽之前的身體狀況哪裡要注意,感覺蠻貼心的。 櫃檯人員也是極少數診所中態度都非常好的,每次帶小朋友去打預防針感覺都很棒。

第一次帶兒子看診後覺得晨心真的是有5顆心的服務品質 之後就一直選擇在晨心幫兒子健檢和看診 但是這5個月下來看診品質真的每況愈下 不過這是個人的感覺問題,大家可自行判斷 因為疫情的關係,診所開始打疫苗、視訊看診 現在還開始提供PCR服務 幫助政府紓解防疫壓力,方便民眾就近打疫苗和PCR 這都很立意良善 但在提供這些防疫措施以後,貴診所有能力兼顧看診品質嗎? 我知道要體諒醫護人員,但目前的看診品質跟我第一次來晨心看實在相差太巨大了,忍不住想分享一下 1. 之前看診時和打疫苗時段重疊,小小的診所人擠的水洩不通,雖然有群聚疑慮但看診品質尚可,黃醫師確實會好好回答問題,但就是很忙碌,所以很急又很趕的看診,急到我多問一個問題都會有愧疚感,之後也比較少選擇黃醫師了 2. 今天看診櫃台服務態度沒有不好,只是小姐真的很忙很忙,要接電話預約視訊看診、回答PCR問題、還要處理現場掛號,她只能一直跟我和之後的人說不好意思等我一下、妳先等我一下、妳填一下這個等我一下,這樣的工作量她根本無法好好回答櫃台前客人的問題,更不可能親切的起來,這是工作量的問題,不是她的問題,是她老闆該思考的問題 3. 等待到一半,一位先生進來到櫃台前說要做PCR,因為他快篩陽性,小姐很急忙的請他去國軍醫院做PCR,診所的PCR是12:30才開始,先生不太開心滿腹疑問的離開,我相信這位先生一定不是唯一的一個,我也不怪他,不是所有人都能明確看懂診所的指示PCR是要預約的,那我們在場看診的一般民眾是不是有被傳染的風險? 4. 今天負責打針的護士小姐也很忙,一直跑進跑出,量身高體重、打針和喂口服疫苗時都可以感覺的出來她很匆忙,很想趕快完成去做別的事情,不知道是否影響她的打針和餵食口服疫苗的技術,兒子今天哭的特別大聲,口服疫苗也喂的不太順,不過這點還好我可以體諒她忙,但是在跟我對疫苗的時候,口服輪狀疫苗沒有中文,我說你們不是都有個板子上面有清楚的標示可以對嗎?她說板子拿去做別的事了,要我先拍照起來,所以是要我自己現場google是不是口服輪狀疫苗嗎?等兒子先吃了我再查嗎?這點我有點無法接受 我想表達的是,我覺得貴診所的人員在正常loading下都可以提供很好很好的服務,所以真的很可惜,以上,希望大家都健康

Isn't there a risk of infection? 4. The nurse who is in charge of the injection today is also very busy. She runs in and out all the time. She can feel that she is in a hurry when measuring her weight, giving injections and feeding oral vaccines. She really wants to finish doing other things quickly. Does it affect her technique of injections and feeding oral vaccines? My son cried very loudly today, and the oral vaccines are not well fed, but fortunately, I can understand that she is busy, but when I talk about vaccines with me, I take oral vaccines.
