薑汁豬肉定食+炸鱈魚
定食本身的豬肉片熟度適中，醬汁也很道地，惟希望料理時可以把邊上的筋多切幾刀，要不然還真的有點難嚼，附上的高麗菜絲新鮮爽脆度一般。
白飯本身偏濕軟，味噌湯跟其他日式食堂比起來偏淡。
炸鱈魚部分酥脆燙口，非常不錯，就是單點價格微高

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yummy Japanese home dishes,but the potion is a bit too small. If the potion of rice is a bit bigger or possible to have more rice when needed,wanna give 5 star.
Regret to say the 1 small piece of guava fruit put as relish was dried served,must have cut and put a long time outside of fridge.
The male staff is kind,free barley tea,mayonnaise sauce r the same taste as drunk in Japan.
When missing Japanese home dishes,you will be almost satisfied,recommendable.
