整體上都覺得很不錯 很喜歡
但員工素質真的真的真的真的很有加強空間
詢問摩茲鍋濃淡普遍來說選濃湯會不會過鹹
店員直接回覆不太清楚 她也沒吃過
煮麵的功夫不是每個人都好
隨便煮煮的話其實讓客人自己煮就好了
告知要煮麵 結果被遺忘
告知要加湯也被遺忘
結帳說要刷卡還可以搞錯結到現金
結帳完收到來電說他們帳目有問題 我們沒有付錢
還好持有發票站得住腳
說實在的餐點不差
但會因為屢次用餐不悅回訪率不高

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 週日晚餐前來用餐,用餐人潮不是很多,還有些許空桌,選擇的是四人套餐,肉質很好,但以這價位來說四人餐完全不值得點,四人的肉量一人只能分到5片左右,完全吃了個寂寞!海鮮更是沒有什麼特別的非常一般的海鮮,也都是一種一人一個的概念。
第一次來店員雖然有介紹,但對於店內的餐單非常不熟悉,問吃起來是什麼味道,湯是什麼基底的,飲料可以換別種嗎等等,都一問三不知。
用餐過程基本也沒有服務,桌上空盤也沒有主動整理,吃壽喜鍋都已經燒到底了水杯也都空了,不會主動過來詢問是否加水加湯,基本應該是一次店。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 牛肉跟豬肉都好吃,不過牛腸我老了咬不斷。每種鍋都有自己搭配的醬料跟肉類。喜歡和牛的人可以嘗鮮一下,壽喜鍋直接選上選和牛沾蛋汁真的很滑嫩順口。
不過,以價格而言真的不太親民,一家兩大兩小開3鍋,另一個小孩有店家附的寶寶餐(烏龍麵1碗),飯後全家還是覺得空虛。所以體會過就可以了。

總結來說很對我的胃口,從頭到尾我都挺滿意的,其實,針對我這種有選擇焦慮症、胃口又小的人來說,簡單的菜單對我是很友善的,又因為呈現簡單,我更可以針對單一食材上細品其用心。
我和朋友給予很高的評價,無論是服務和火鍋的表先都覺的CP值很高,值得再訪。

我覺得個餐廳有它獨特的風格,乾杯集團的特色就是年輕、服務又好、肉比海鮮好,整體說不上頂級,但我覺得以火鍋來說,CP值已經很高了!
簡單來說,火鍋有部分取決於自己懂不懂煮,而且單一烹調方式還是有它的巔峰。
如果是兩三個好友聚會,吃這個可以節省選菜的時間,單純就是 伊比利豬、和牛,但對於精緻海鮮、多樣性、要吃很撐很飽或是要吃得超級精緻的饕客,可能比較不適合。
#服務
個人認為服務不錯,甚至希望他們更有自信一點,可能是常被攻擊肉量、選項太少,還是真的人員表現不齊? 我也不確定,總之,我當天從等待、點餐、收場等都是很好的體驗,真實不失禮貌,是能感受到想用心做好服務這件事。
#湯頭,就四種,我點的涮涮鍋,是鰹魚風味,單純又甘甜,朋友點豆乳鍋(季節限定),不像外面的豆漿鍋,豆漿濃的搶味,而是從鰹魚湯底中有淡淡的豆乳風味,最後用義大利麵收尾很有創意,而且兩人分不會膩,很符合日本東洋風味的手法;另外兩種是雞肉鍋和牛腸鍋,有機會再來試看看!
#肉品,我們選牛豬雙拼(標準肉量),肉品還不錯,一般來說,有些火鍋店家用重組肉,判斷方式就是在涮肉馬上看到非常明顯的肉末飄出,吃到最後,湯底上還有一層灰灰的油脂。
當然,絕對不會說它新鮮,因為怎麼可能新鮮?日本和牛、伊比利豬來到台灣至少要半年吧(以前在澳洲高級肉廠倉庫打工的經驗判斷)。只能說,食材保存良好,本身沒有肉腥味我就覺得很棒了!

I think a restaurant has its own unique style. The characteristics of Cheers Group are that it is young, good service, and meat is better than seafood. Overall, it cannot be said to be top-notch, but I think that for hot pot, the CP value is already very high!
To put it simply, hot pot depends partly on whether you know how to cook or not, and a single cooking method still has its peak.
If it is a gathering of two or three friends, eating this can save the time of choosing dishes. It is simply Iberian pig and Wagyu beef, but for gourmets who want to eat exquisite seafood, variety, very full or super delicate, may be less suitable.
