It was a Thursday afternoon and nobody in the store and I finally asked the clerk at the register for help with only a reply to wait a minute, seems she has lots of work to do, I feel not even wanting to give you one star, waste of my time

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad customer service. The hand washing machine was broken after few days buying so come back here to ask repairement. Then they said I need to know battery used otherwise they can't help me. Then I went back to check the battery used and come back to them, they told me they do not provide any after sell services that i have to go to another place. They should have said it 1st time when I asked instead of using one question to block me immediately. Waste my time. Such a bad seller and product. The guarantee paper given is literally a useless paper cuz they don't wanna take any responsibility.
