★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 12/27晚間靠櫃 沒有記下服務櫃姐名字 但是跟前面評論描述所說的一樣 遇到了類似的情況 服務態度欠佳 之前這個櫃其他櫃姐服務態度都還行 今天真的差異太大了 如果今天是沒有消費的狀態下 櫃姐覺得詢問點數兌換贈品 沒業績讓她心情不好還能理解(雖然我覺得這樣也很不妥) 但是今天是有在櫃上消費的 難道詢問一下即將要到期的點數兌換贈品都不行嗎？如果真的不行問 不願意幫忙兌換 就請不要再傳提醒點數兌換簡訊了 沒有用處 根本就是垃圾簡訊

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 資生堂櫃姐"曾家綺"真的很誇張，原本我要領贈品順便在帶一組百優乳霜，結果才靠近專櫃就看到櫃姐“曾家綺”多次白眼，拿贈品時更是白眼翻的更誇張，最後說贈品不夠了，不但把手機領取按鈕點掉了，贈品也沒給足。 第一次遇到這麼對待客人的櫃姐。
