豬耳朵帶點煙燻的味道，脆勁涮嘴搭配一旁的蒜頭醬油好搭

滷肉飯（小$25），滷肉很香不死鹹。
餛飩乾意麵（$50），覺得普通，餛飩很小顆。整體吃起來很像香菇意麵+餛飩，香菇很鹹但麵體不鹹。

The braised pork rice (small $25), the braised pork is very fragrant and not too salty.
Wonton dry pasta ($50), it feels ordinary, but the wonton is very small. The whole taste is like shiitake mushroom pasta + wonton, shiitake mushrooms are very salty but the noodles are not salty.
