★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 香菇貢丸超好吃，一口氣買了10幾台斤帶回南部分享親友。下午到店時雖已休市，打電話詢問後，老闆願意開門讓我們採買。
 Shiitake Mushroom Balls are super delicious. I bought 10 kilograms and brought them back to the south to share with friends and relatives. Although the market was closed when I arrived in the afternoon, the boss was willing to open the door and let us buy.

Fu Ji Gongwan is the most recommended one my husband has eaten in Hsinchu. Even people who don't really eat Gongwan like me. It happens to be next to the Zhulian Market, which is very convenient for replenishment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 因為是下午吃完午飯後才到，事前有先撥電話跟老闆確認可以開店購買，老闆家離店面有5分鐘機車車程，新竹貢丸真的就是好吃
Because I arrived after lunch in the afternoon, I had to call the boss beforehand to confirm that I can open a shop. The boss’s house is a 5-minute train ride away from the store. Hsinchu Gongwan is really delicious.
