很好奇每次路過都有人排隊,買過一次後覺得CP值超高,買一大包雞鴨腸、雞內臟、豬頭皮耳朵,杏鮑菇,才大約200元,酸菜、醬油辣椒可另外包;酸菜給的超大方、不鹹有酸味香,配滷味真是對味;我心目中第一名是豬頭皮,QQ軟軟的口感,就像老闆娘說的名字「Q肉」啊!大約4、5點開始營業,7點左右就大約賣光…太晚去,想吃的就被買光了..上次6點多去甜不辣一個不剩,很扼腕;老闆娘很親切和我聊了一下,她說每天客人的喜好都不一定啊!

吃香香滷味已經超過二十五年了 二十五年來口味如一 這家小滷味攤就在民富街麻油雞對面 常常我在這邊排隊 就看著對面也在排隊 真是有趣的畫面 不知道的人還以為是排隊一條街 老闆娘堅持食材每天早上去市場新鮮現買 每樣東西都滷的很入味 除了鴨頭 鴨脖子之外 其他東西有點像是白滷的做法 淡淡的中藥香中又把食材原有的香味完全襯托出 搭配老闆娘自製的醬汁 酸菜 而且酸菜完全是用梗的地方 酸酸脆脆的真的是超級好吃對味 真的不誇張吃完之後餐桌上還留有滷味的香味 以前最喜歡買她們家的滷雞肝 可惜聽老闆娘說賣生食材的老闆已經七十幾歲退休了 她說找不到那麼好的食材 所以現在沒有賣了 東西好吃在於好的食材……可見老闆娘對食材的要求 老闆娘對食材上的要求可不止是新鮮 內臟跟其他東西是分開滷的 這樣食材味道才不會混在一起 可能是因為這樣子的堅持 這幾年生意真的是越來越好了 只要沒有六點去排隊 超過六點半之後 通常會買不到想吃的東西 你沒有聽錯 開店半小時東西就已經少了很多了 像是雞腳 鴨脖子 鴨頭之類的常常會買不到 常常看到前面的人一買就是一大袋 也不過三百多塊(不會像某些名店 隨便買一點都要兩三百元以上) 二十幾年來 只有漲一點點價格 老闆娘真是佛心來著 其實以前生意也是很好 只是沒有現在誇張 記得排最久的一次是半小時 這些都是因為老闆娘的用心與誠信
